These terms govern use of the public website operated by VocalOps Services Inc. A customer’s use of the VocalOps service is governed by the service agreement signed with that customer; that agreement controls if there is a conflict.

Website content is provided for general information. It is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Features, pricing, and availability may change; a written proposal or agreement confirms the applicable scope.
3. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to damage, interrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site, forms, demonstrations, systems, or data belonging to VocalOps or a third party.
4. Intellectual property
The site, VocalOps brand, copy, interfaces, and original materials belong to VocalOps Services Inc. or their respective owners. No right is granted beyond legitimate personal use of the site.
5. Third-party links and services
The site may use or link to third-party services. Their separate terms and practices apply. VocalOps is not responsible for content on a third-party site it does not control.
6. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
